"Idols of Russian music"

The concert will feature works by two of the most beloved Russian composers, Sergei Vasilyevich Rachmaninov and Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky. Their work has a deeply national character, but does not close in it, but also includes a truly European Romanticism. And another reason for popular love is that neither Tchaikovsky nor Rachmaninoff, unlike many, have ever sought to artificially complicate the music, to drive the melody out of it.  Both composers were excellent pianists, in their romances the piano acts as an equal partner of the singer, and on stage there is a sincere confidential conversation between them.
