The North-Caucasus State Philharmonic Safonov is unique in many ways.
One of its characteristics is the presence of ten concert halls in four cities:
This way, the music and concert activity of the Philharmonic reaches every corner of the “Mineral Waters” region. It`s something unique in Europe. Being set in different cities, having different architectonical styles and different histories, the halls have a common important mission: they are the place in which people and music meet each other.
