"Basy-Chaliapin-Gala"

This year marked the 150th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding opera singer Fyodor Chaliapin, who had a powerful voice of a wide range with rich timbre shades, as well as a huge dramatic talent. The great Russian bass made an invaluable contribution to the development of Russian and world art.  The stage images of Mephistopheles, Ivan Susanin, Boris Godunov, Ivan the Terrible created by him were innovative for their time and still remain unsurpassed by anyone. In addition to brilliant opera roles, he masterfully performed folk songs and romances. Our festival "Basy-Chaliapin-Gala" is dedicated to the anniversary of the brilliant Russian artist. We invite you to visit the concert program, in which the best of the singer's repertoire will be performed by the laureate of international competitions, soloist of opera theaters in Germany and Austria Igor Storozhenko and soloist of the Novaya Opera Theater and the State Bolshoi Theater of Russia Andrey Fetisov!
