In 2002 she graduated from the Children's Music School No. 4 in Perm, majoring in cello.
In 2003, she graduated from Secondary School No. 68 in Perm.
In 2007, she graduated from the Perm Music College with a degree in choral conducting.
In 2012, she graduated from the Perm State Institute of Art and Culture with a degree in Vocal Art (academic singing). The qualification was awarded - opera singer, concert and chamber singer, teacher.
Creative activity:
Since October 4, 2012 he has been working as an Artist-vocalist (soloist) at the North Caucasus State Philharmonic named after V. I. Safonov. He takes part in opera productions and children's performances. Conducts an active concert activity.

Alla Chepinoga graduated from the Faculty of Musical Theater of the Russian Institute of Theater Arts (GITIS). Candidate of Art History. Since 2008 - Director of the Moscow Theater "Novaya Opera" named after E.V. Kolobov, from 2011 to 2019 – director of the Educational Stage of GITIS.
