Charity event "Open Curtain"

On April 2, the Ministry of Culture launched the charity event "Open Curtain". Events will be held throughout Russia for members of youth, volunteer and veteran organizations, large families, as well as residents of the LPR and DPR.

As part of the All-Russian campaign, the North Caucasus State Philharmonic named after V.I.Safonov organizes a number of concert events "Concerts of Mercy".

The program includes free visits on "Mercy Tickets" for victims of the Special Operation in the LPR, DPR and Ukraine for both military families and refugee families, as well as charity concerts, the funds from which will be transferred to victims during the Special Operation in the LPR, DPR and Ukraine for both military families and for refugee families.
