«Pushkin Map»
The program started on the first of September. It is very symbolic that it was on the day of knowledge that young people from 14 to 22 years old had the opportunity to issue an electronic "Pushkin card" with 3000 rubles for attending cultural events when applying on the Public Services portal and registering in a special mobile application " Public Services. Culture".
You can spend money only on cultural leisure
You can spend the money put on the account only for cultural leisure – buy tickets to museums, theaters, galleries, philharmonic halls, conservatories and other cultural institutions, there is another important point – the balance of the Pushkin card cannot be replenished independently, the funds are credited to the card by the state once a year.
Where can I spend it?
What is important, the "Pushkin Card" will operate throughout Russia without restrictions, that is, it can be used not only in the region of residence, but also when traveling around the country. In the appendix " Public Services.Culture " depending on the geolocation, the program participants will be offered those cultural institutions that are located nearby. This is correct and convenient. Nevertheless, the participants will have access to the entire palette of events posted on the Culture portal. The Russian Federation and in the application itself. So a young person can buy a ticket at any cultural institution that has joined the Pushkin Card program.
The funds can be spent on tickets to federal, regional and even private cultural institutions. 3000 rubles – combustible. That is, the amount must be spent before the end of the year.
The new financial instrument will attract the attention of even more young people aged 14 to 22 years to interesting projects of cultural institutions and will be a great opportunity to join the rich cultural heritage of our country.
