Pushkinskaya Karta is a joint project of the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Finance and the Post Bank. It allows young people from 14 to 22 years old to visit theaters, cinemas, museums, exhibitions, philharmonic halls and other cultural institutions participating in the program for free at the expense of the federal budget. The nominal value of the card in 2022 is 5000 rubles up to 2000 rubles of which can be spent on cinema tickets — for films included in the program. You can open the Pushkin card in the mobile application "Public Services.Culture" or in the branch of the participating bank of the program.
